To win in the race of attracting and retaining talents

There are two critical points a company must do to attract and retain talents:

Building a strategy to attract and retain talents via creating a working culture environment where top talented employees are encouraged, nurtured and rewarded; step up recruiting high potential individuals meeting business long-term development requirements.

Recruiting and developing a high quality board of management and leaders. Management and leaders must have ability to identify potential of their staff and identify who is the most talented among them. Staff also need good leaders to point out their limits in personal abilities, set up obvious goals and give frankly, objectively feedbacks.
